Ghanas music Icon Trigmatic also known as Nana Yaw Oduro Adjei is one of the Key Music Icons in the BOEMI Music for Employability Skills Project, co funded by the European Commission.

The BOEMI Project aims at promoting transnational non-formal learning activities between t different countries from Africa and Europe, targeting both young people with fewer opportunities and youth workers to increase their competences and active participation in society, as well as to help them gain Employability Skills.

Trigmatic was one of the key members who attended the BOEMI seminar in EL Escorial in Madrid December 2015. The Seminar was also attended by youth workers and members of the local working groups from IYEC Ghana, Italy, Denmark, and the host country Spain, who took part in the International Training Course on non-formal education methods, new media and music


He is set to guide several young people in Ghana in various workshops on how to be gainfully employed in the music sector. These workshops would be organized in the early months of 2016 by IYEC Ghana
